Excellent customer service. I also appreciate d that they explained what and why they were treating me. Dr Prida is so kind and made me feel comfortable. She is amazing at what she does.

I was looking for a reputable but also affordable (cash pay) private practice dental office in Dallas, and this is it! Great experience getting my ex rays, exam, and cleaning— office is clean and comfortable (even had a big soft clean blanket in exam room and I am always freezing so yes I used it!!), hygienist was sweet and thorough and knowledgeable, Doctor comes in at end and she is the same — you can tell she’s definitely “passionate” about teeth and dentistry! Best of all for me I have to say— they were realistic and helpful without ANY fear mongering and upselling. I feel like I can trust this team, and that has not always been my experience with past places!! I scheduled my next cleaning before I left.

The staff at Inwood dental goes above and beyond every appointment. The warmth and care of the team and Dr Prida is genuine. So happy to be back! She is very knowledgeable and talented.

While they are an office that provides denal services,, they are so much more. Dr. Prida and the rest of the crew are Great Providers! I’ve been a patient since Dr. Prida purchased the business (transitioning from the previous owner, so a long time patient of Inwood Village Dental), she has been fantastic since day one! Add in Tricia as her assistant and you have the perfect duo to have any procedure done. Tricia has a way of making sure you feel calm and comfortable even under the most stressful circumstances. She and Dr. Prida are like the dynamic duo when they are hard at work on your teeth. They not only make sure I’m comfortable and pull out all of the staples to do so, they do everything they can to distract me while I’m in the chair so I do not panic. They are wonderful about getting you in for dental emergency’s, when you’re actually in pain, not having to wait out the pain. Dr. Prida even went out of her way to help me with a dental emergency during the last winter storm (when most of north Texas was shut down). The rest of the Inwood Crew are amazing as well. Not just great providers, they are amazing humans who care about their patients and never want you to be in pain

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Inwood Village Dental. From the moment you walk in, the entire team makes you feel welcomed, comfortable, and truly cared for. Dr. Prida is exceptional — knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly thorough. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and never makes you feel rushed. I always leave feeling confident that I’m receiving the best possible care. The entire staff is professional and kind, but I have to give a very special thank you to Trish. She is the assistant who always takes care of me, and she is simply amazing. Warm, professional, friendly, and genuinely caring, she has such a calming presence that makes every visit easier. You can tell she truly loves what she does and cares about her patients. Going to the dentist isn’t always something people look forward to, but Inwood Village Dental has completely changed that for me. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding dental care with a personal touch.
